Hi there! We’re Nick and Emilie, the faces behind Carriage House Creek, and we are so happy to have you here.

Our business started simply. Nick made a stool for our oldest, Isabelle. Emilie mentioned that it would be nice for Isabelle to be able to wash her hands by herself and Nick took it upon himself to go ahead one afternoon and make her a stool. We still have the original today and the whole thing sprung up from that little bit of inspiration.

Today we’ve made countless stools and other household items for folks all over the world. We pride ourselves in being family operated, creating quality products that last, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Customs and Import Taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Processing Time

    Processing time for all listings are 2-7 business days. However, the time I need to prepare a custom order varies. For details, see individual terms.

  • Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

    I do not accept cancellations. If you have any problems with your order please contact me. I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
